Terms and Conditions for Live Young Fabulous Consultation Services

1. Services: Live Young Fabulous Consultation Services ("we", "our", or "us") agrees to provide consultation services as discussed and agreed upon with the client.

2. Payment: Payment for services is due prior to the commencement of any consultation or as otherwise agreed. All payments are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy: Clients must notify us at least 2 days in advance if they wish to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations less than 2 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Confidentiality: We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any information shared during consultation sessions unless required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. No Guarantees: We provide our services with the client's goals in mind; however, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or results.

7. Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Live Young Fabulous Consultation Services and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to the services provided.

8. Termination: Either party may terminate the consultation agreement at any time, with written notice.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.

10. Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or otherwise notifying the client.

11. Acceptance: By availing of our services, the client agrees to and accepts these terms and conditions.
